XOTH is RECRUITING
With both XOTH inc. and XOTH LTD
XOTH is a ambitious project started nearly 7 years ago from the ashes of SUB7 Corp. Thanks to a bunch of pilots willing to operate together, friendly relations stronger then any problem. With over 50 players in a thriving robust existence within FIX Alliance, pushing forward along side Omega Vector and many other new friends in null sec, this is still what we are today. In XOTH none are left alone, none face anything without the corp siding with them.
We have split the corp into two separate corps in order to allow players to better do what they prefer, for instance while in XOTH LTD you will not be involved in Alliance Wars and free to mission run, mine etc. Traditionally, those tasks in EVE that benefit from peace and quiet!
XOTH Inc. is an established member in Firmus Ixion Alliance [FIX]. Has access to 0.0 space in the Syndicate Region. Both FIX and XOTH are strongly against piracy and all dishonorable actions in EVE.
XOTH LTD is the logistics wing of XOTH. It has very limited access to 0.0. Rules will be explained once in corp. This branch of XOTH is intended to provide a non-warring corp for all those tasks in empire that require or would benefit from a safe environment, from mission running to low end mining, hauling and industrial tasks as well.
XOTH members (after a trial period and granted full membership) will have absolute freedom to pick and choose which corp they would like to be in to be part of as often as they wish….having said that, we are all present in a shared channel so there is no segregation between the two corps. (we never use regular corp channel)
We own a large selection of T1 BPOs up to the cruiser class, 3 battlecruisers, 5 BS Blueprints and all ammunition, drone and support item BPOs with BPCs available in corp hanger to build battleships. To that we have available for corp the Archon, Phoenix, Thanatos, Niddhugur and Revelation BPO + a large collection of Capital Components Blueprints. We also own ANY kind of Capital Ship module of all the races and types, from fighters to siege module, to turrets and bays up to capital remote transfer modules. This means we can produce and FIT any capital ship for mineral price.
We don't have a strict hierarchy, but the corp is organized to have several points of reference for the different ambits of corp like, for Example Mining/Production Staff or PVP Staff.

COLLECTIVE RECRUITING AND CORP MERGING PROGRAM
If you are part of a group of players that is looking for a well organized structure to better achieve the goal you have in mind or simply want access to 0.0 space and you would like to be part of a bigger organization, like an alliance, XOTH is now accepting applications. Generally you will receive positions and responsibilities similar to the ones you have in your current corp. If a corp wishes to carry out a complete merge and share people and assets with XOTH, the CEO of that corp, after a private discussion with our Recruitment Manager (Calgrune), will be assigned an active role in corp management. Always remember that XOTH is a group oriented corp so carefully evaluate what you expect from us. Aggressive politics are considered (conquer of systems, wars, etc) but no piracy or dishonorable actions will ever be allowed in XOTH.
SINGLE PLAYER RECRUITMENT PROGRAM
XOTH is now accepting applications from all kinds of players in all vocations that this game can offer (except piracy), below is a list with current requirements and location (XOTH Inc. or XOTH LTD). For obvious security reasons all new players who do not have someone who can vouch for their character currently in the corp, will be asked to stay for a trial period in XOTH LTD even if their position would be in XOTH Inc (Alliance member corp).
POSITIONS AVAILIABLE:
PVP Attendant Available in: XOTH inc.
With the minimum skill requirements stated above, we are looking for pilots willing to learn under the guide of expert pilots.
PVP EXPERT pilot Available in: XOTH inc.
We are looking for pilots already experienced in PVP, that do not need to be tutored by other expert pilots and willing to take care of one inexperienced pilot each. It is required to be able to fly a battleship properly with all the skills needed to make good use of it (e.g. Sensor Booster II, Tracking computer II, Damage mods II etc.), ideally to be able to fit T2 large weapons or experienced HAC/RECON/COMMAND ship pilots. Interceptors, Interdictors and Assault frigates are all accepted as well.
CAPITAL Pilot Available in: XOTH inc.
XOTH is completing its capital fleet program. We already have multiple capital ships. XOTH has an active program to help pilots build and fit their capitals, using our large Blueprint list.
MINER/INDUSTRIAL/TRADER Available in: XOTH inc. XOTH Industries
We have a organized production department. If you are a exhumer pilot, builder or trader you will be able to profit from XOTH's resources. Be it 0.0 mining for high-end ores or the large BPO collection in the corp (a nearly complete one in alliance is available). Ice miners are particularly welcome because of POS support, and the POS access we provide for our members both in high security space and null sec.
RULES
 We do not kill anyone that is not a war target in low sec, unless differently asked by FC, possibly only -10 and -2.5, leave all neutrals alone unless fired upon. We operate under a strict NRDS policy.
Loot has to be shared with Gang mates, no exceptions, those caught holding loot asserting that "nothing else was in the wreck" will be instantly booted from corp.
Do not chat in local when hostiles are in the area for any reason, we allow only a fair "GF". Don't take the flame baits.
Post with regularity all your kill mails, when you are in XOTH inc. on the FIX KB. Remind to post also pods, shuttles, rookie and alt kill mails.
Show discipline in gang chat and in Team Speak:
-Do not chat nor talk for any reason unless you are in charge, scout or specifically asked. If you need to bring attention of Fc to some problem, use gang chat.
-Do not turn on channel commander (unless you are asked to or supposed to)
-Do not discuss FC orders during action, if need, make a post with you opinion on FIX forums
In alliance/gang/TS use a language that is not offending.
Don't flame up FIX forums, if you have a problem directorship will be happy to accept your convo request anytime. This does not mean that you can't disagree with other FIX forums post, and voice your disagreement, just keep it nice and polite.
Do not post on eve-o forums in the official alliance discussion area. Leave the answer to those that are in that position for a reason.
And as a general intent, mind you we are XOTH and we want to be an example of an outstanding Corporation to the rest of the Eve Community. Wear our ticker with honor.
